You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used footballs
- Damaged items caused by misuse
- Items returned after 30 days
- Gift cards or promotional items
🚚 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos or a short video showing the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
🔁 Exchanges
Want a different size or product?
The fastest option is to:
- Return the original item, and
- Place a new order for the item you want.
We will refund the original once it’s received and inspected.
🏠 Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.
- For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
